What folks are saying!!

This is a warm friendly place to learn and worship. Cantor Marcia always has interesting stories to relate. If Harley Greene sings, you are in for a real treat.

Etz Chaim is home for me. I felt in love with the congregation since the first day that I attended services there. Not only that I felt Welcome, but I became a member and converted to Judaism and I am proud that I made that decision. Judaism is a way of life for me and I will support this congregation so we can continue existing.

It was a Joy....being part, once again..of Etz Chaim. Had last been there 30 years ago, in N. Miami Beach. Service, Cantor...wonderful!

I have been a member of Etz Chaim since I first moved to Florida 20 years ago. It is very

comforting to be able to worship and observe Jewish rituals in a setting where I can be myself and not have to pretend otherwise. The congregation and leadership are wonderful people We are very fortunate to have Etz Chaim in South Florida.

Congregation Etz Chaim has always provided me a place of worship where I felt welcomed and most comfortable from my first time going in 2017. To this day, it allows me to be myself in regarding all my identities. I have a happy smile on my face going in and I have an even greater smile on my face walking out. That is what is important to me putting aside everything else.

Thank you for the warm welcome! It was a beautiful shabbat service filled with song, prayer, a wonderful drash and good company. What a lovely group of people. I really enjoyed the intimate connection with community. I am looking forward to celebrate high holiday services here, and definitely looking forward to coming again for shabbat.

When my family moved to Davie, FL from Las Vegas we looked for a synagogue where we would be welcomed. My daughter was interracial. The only welcoming synagogue was Congregation Etz Chaim in Wilton Manors. As soon as we walked in we knew we found a home. The warmth and acceptance makes everyone feel welcomed.

Etz Chaim is my favorite place to spend a Friday evening. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Marcia Weinstein positively radiates joy as we welcome Shabbat. Etz Chaim has become my new happy place.

The spiritual leader at Etz Chaim will elevate your spirits like no other. "You're making me dance! You're making me SING!!" You need to come in person.

The very best about Congregation Etz Chaim is the kindness, joy, warmth, and sincerity of the friendships you will experience - a GEM in So. Florida!!!!!

Amazing warm welcoming service. People are very friendly. Love Marcia the service leader. The oneg sometimes with bagels, lox and cream cheese. Also , yummy desserts.
